Your calendar, set up exactly how you want it.
Nothing is fixed. Every event type, every metric and every filter can be changed later from your dashboard, with a live preview.
Choose your events
Daily summary, sleep, workouts and naps. Turn each one on or off, give it its own name, add or remove emoji.
Any number, in the title or the details
Recovery, strain, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep stages, SpO₂, skin temperature, calories, distance, heart rate zones. Each one goes in the title, the event details, or nowhere.
Only the workouts that matter
Pick sports, and hide anything under a minimum strain or duration. Your 4-minute walk to the train stays off the calendar.
Start from any date
Today, last month or last year. Choose an earlier date and your history is imported automatically.
Daily summary, your way
Show recovery as an all-day banner, or as an event at the moment you woke up. Metric or imperial units.
Works with the calendar you already use
Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, Fantastical, Proton and any app that subscribes to iCal links.
Questions before you connect.
Can it change anything in my WHOOP account?+
No. WHOOP only grants read access to profile, sleep, workouts, recovery and daily cycles. You can revoke it from the dashboard or in WHOOP at any time.
How quickly do new events show up?+
We receive new data from WHOOP within minutes. Apple Calendar can refresh every 5 to 15 minutes. Google Calendar refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule, usually every 12 to 24 hours.
Does it add to my existing calendar?+
It appears as its own calendar called WHOOP, so you can hide it, recolor it or remove it without touching your other events.
What does it cost?+
It's free while we're in early access. Every account starts with a 14-day trial that doesn't ask for a card.
